About the event
Under the Super Full Moon we gather at the edge of the ocean for a heart opening cacao ceremony with Ana Guarisma and a guided breath journey with Devon The Black Airbender. The sea becomes our altar and the moon our mirror. We breathe to regulate the nervous system, soften the mind, release the noise, and return to clarity. We write what we are ready to let go of and offer it to the fire, letting the flames carry old stories away. We close with simple movement and a little dance on the sand so the body can integrate the lightness of the night.
